BOOKING & PAYMENT

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required after the agreement is signed to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due at the conclusion of the photoshoot. No images will be delivered until the balance is paid in full. Payments may be made through Cash App $aalstonportraits or Venmo @aalstonportraits.

DELIVERY

Your final gallery will be carefully edited and delivered by email within approximately two weeks. You will receive an email when the private gallery is ready for viewing and download.

LATE ARRIVALS, RESCHEDULING & WEATHER

Late arrivals may shorten the session to the remaining reserved time. Depending on the circumstances and photographer availability, rescheduling may be required. Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled when weather or unsafe conditions would affect the experience or final images.

CREATIVE CONTROL & IMAGE INTEGRITY

The photographer retains creative control over image selection, editing, and presentation. AI-assisted tools may be used for lighting, background refinement, and artistic styling while maintaining the subject’s natural integrity. A client’s likeness will not be replaced or artificially generated unless agreed upon in writing.

MODEL RELEASE

A separate model release may request permission to use selected photographs for A. Alston Portraits social media, portfolio, website, and promotional materials. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent. The release records the client’s name, shoot date and location, minor names when applicable, parent or guardian name, signature, and date. Permission is never used to generatively replace a person’s likeness without written agreement.
